Role Overview
Inkstall is hiring an Institution & School Partnerships Manager to build and manage strategic tie-ups with schools, societies, activity centres, educational communities, and local networks to generate consistent student leads and brand visibility. This is a field + relationship-heavy role focused on partnerships, referrals, workshops, and long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard partnerships with schools, coaching centres, societies, hobby/activity centres, and education communities.
- Meet decision-makers (principals, coordinators, trustees, admins, society committee members) and pitch Inkstall programs.
- Create lead-generation collaborations: referral programs, co-branded workshops, demo days, orientations, and events.
- Plan & execute school workshops/seminars (subject sessions, exam strategy, career guidance, parent orientations).
- Build society & community pipelines (Goregaon/Malad/Borivali/Kandivali and surrounding areas).
- Negotiate partnership terms: referral % / per-lead / event sponsorship / revenue share models.
- Manage partner relationships with regular follow-ups, monthly check-ins, and activity plans.
- Track partnership performance: leads received, conversion rate, event ROI, and partner-wise reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing team for flyers, banners, landing pages, and campaign support for partners.
- Represent Inkstall professionally at education events, exhibitions, school fests, and community meets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–7 years experience in B2B sales / partnerships / institutional sales (education preferred).
- Strong relationship-building + negotiation skills.
- Confident in meetings, presentations, and handling senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable with field work, travel within Mumbai, and weekend events when needed.
- Good communication (English + Hindi; Marathi is a plus).
- Organized with CRM reporting, follow-up tracking, and lead funnel discipline.

- New partners onboarded per month (schools/societies/centres)

Working Hours / Location
- Base Location: Inkstall Center, Goregaon West (Mumbai)
- Work Type: Field + office coordination (meetings, events, school visits)
- Schedule: 6 days/week; flexibility required for partner meetings/events
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + High Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
