Job Summary
The Institutional Manager will be responsible for driving institutional sales and managing business development activities within the assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, executing regional business strategies, and achieving sustainable growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and manage institutional business in the assigned territory
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve sales and growth objectives
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate degree in any discipline
- 2–3 years of experience in institutional sales or business development
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and territory dynamics
- Proven ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, multi-project environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
