Institutional Research and Quality Measurement Officer

  • Knowledge of Academic and Institutional Standards:

    • Ensure adherence to institutional and academic accreditation standards.

    • Monitor updates to accreditation requirements and implement necessary changes.

  • Analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess academic and institutional performance.

    • Provide actionable insights to leadership based on performance data.

  • Institutional Research and Studies:

    • Design, implement, and analyze institutional research studies to support academic and operational improvements (E14).

    • Produce research findings that align with institutional goals and strategic objectives.

  • Management of Institutional Databases:

    • Oversee and maintain institutional databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for decision-making.

    • Collaborate with IT teams to improve database functionality and reporting capabilities.

  • Reporting and Strategic Planning Support:

    • Develop and present comprehensive analytical reports that aid in institutional strategic planning.

    • Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in academic and administrative operations.

  • Attention to Detail and Accuracy:

    • Ensure all reports, documents, and analyses are accurate

    • Maintain records and ensure compliance with accreditation protocols.

  • Critical Analytical Thinking:

    • Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions.

    • Participate in decision-making processes to enhance academic and institutional quality.

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

    • Communicate findings, recommendations, and reports clearly to both academic and administrative

    • positive relationships with faculty, staff

  • Teamwork and Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support accreditation processes and institutional quality initiatives.

    • Contribute to a collaborative work environment that values diverse perspectives and expertise.

  • Time Management and Organizational Skills:

    • Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, meeting deadlines and ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.

    • Prioritize tasks to support strategic goals and accreditation timelines.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Quality Management, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in quality management


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with institutional database management and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of academic and institutional standards and accreditation processes.

  • ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
