Job Description
We are hiring an Institutional Sales Executive to manage visits to schools, colleges, and learning centers across Kerala. This role involves engaging decision-makers, presenting our offerings, generating leads, and driving admissions through consistent field sales activities.
A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit schools, colleges, and educational institutions as per scheduled plans
  • Meet Principals, HODs, faculty members, and other key decision-makers to present products/services
  • Generate qualified leads through institutional meetings and relationship-building
  • Conduct product presentations and student sessions to drive interest and inquiries
  • Follow up with institutions to convert leads into enquiries and walk-ins
  • Support promotional activities including brochures, posters, and event setups
  • Identify new institutions and develop partnership opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily logs of visits and leads
  • Achieve monthly sales activity targets set by management
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely conversions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam
  • Ability to travel across Kerala and manage field sales activities independently
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
