Institutional Sales Manager

India

Job Summary: Initiating the process of hiring an Institutional Sales Manager for our beloved brand Circle Of Crust (QSR Hospitality). The role is Immediate and will focus on driving institutional partnerships, corporate tie-upes, bulk orders, and long-term collaborations to enhance our brand visibility and sales growth in this segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities with corporates, institutions, ODC, Events, Trade Shows, Seminars, College Fests, School Fests, and bulk orders etc.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Develop strategies for revenue growth through institutional and B2B channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Pune, Punjab, Delhi, Gujarat and upcoming territories.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Administration, or a related field.

-Previous experience in a similar role within the QSR or hospitality industry.

-5–8 years of experience in Institutional Sales, preferably in QSR, Food & Beverage, or Retail.

-Strong client network and proven track record in corporate sales.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

-Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
