Manager Institutional Sales
Area:
South Zone (Sindh, Balochistan till Khanpur Punjab)
Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and market share of writing instruments and stationery products across institutional clients including schools, colleges, coaching centers, corporates, hospitals, laboratories, hotels, and government departments. The role requires strong business development, key account management, and market expansion capabilities in a highly competitive and price-sensitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and expand institutional business across assigned territories.
- Secure annual contracts, tenders, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage relationships with procurement teams and institutional buyers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and payment terms.
- Ensure timely recovery and effective credit control.
- Execute Back-to-School and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure market coverage and stock availability.
- Forecast seasonal demand and monitor sales performance.
- Lead and develop sales officers and merchandisers across assigned territories.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing / Sales.
- MBA will be preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in FMCG or stationery industry.
- Experience in institutional sales management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of margins, discounts, and credit cycles.
- Ability to manage seasonal business fluctuations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Work Location: In person
