- Identify and acquire new institutional clients (corporates, hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges, government bodies, etc.).
- Maintain and grow business with existing institutional accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with bulk buyers.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensure timely delivery, billing, and payment collection.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
- Explore new opportunities in untapped institutional segments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns for institutional clients.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on institutional sales activities.
- Share market insights and competitor activities with management.
