Job Summary:
The Instructional Designer is responsible for overseeing the quality and progress of training materials and ensuring the successful execution of training content projects and program launches. The role includes monitoring the quality of training packages, supervising consultants, and preparing studies and reports to support executive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and enhance high-quality instructional materials and training packages aligned with the organization’s learning objectives and standards.
• Review training packages to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with technical specifications.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and consultants to validate content and ensure relevance to targeted audiences.
• Continuously improve instructional methodologies, tools, and learning technologies to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Oversee the implementation of training content projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and meet defined quality standards.
• Monitor project milestones, track performance indicators, and prepare periodic progress and completion reports.
• Evaluate the quality and readiness of training materials and ensure that content meets approved standards and learning outcomes.
• Manage consultants and internal resources involved in developing and delivering training content.
• Identify potential risks and challenges within project execution and recommend solutions or contingency plans.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment between training programs and organizational goals.
• Support the launch and roll-out of training programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Prepare studies, analytical reports, and recommendations to support executive management in strategic decision-making.
• Participate in reviewing the department’s annual budget and operational plan by providing professional input and improvement suggestions.
• Measure the impact of training programs and propose improvements across trainers, venues, administrative processes, and delivery methods.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by executive management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• SOCPA Fellowship or any other relevant professional certification is preferred.
