General Summary
The Instructional Designer I serves as integral part of the Integrated Product Team (IPT), conducting the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases to develop Computer-Based Training (CBT) materials using commercial off-the-shelf and/or company-created software tools. The ID provides expertise to design and develop CBT or conduct technical training in accordance with contractual specifications, standards, and instructions.
