Instructional Media/eLearning Developer

LearnTech is looking for a talented Instructional Media/eLearning Developer to join our eLearning Department.

Job Summary

The Instructional Media/eLearning Developer is responsible for designing and developing interactive eLearning courses, multimedia content, and digital learning solutions. The role requires expertise in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Camtasia, and AI content generation tools to create engaging, learner-centric training aligned with instructional design and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Create and edit video tutorials, software simulations, and screen recordings using Camtasia.
• Integrate multimedia elements, assessments, and interactions into learning modules.
• Utilize AI content generation tools to enhance course development and productivity.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Graphic Designers, and QA teams.
• Publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in eLearning course development.
• Experience developing SCORM-compliant courses is preferred.
