About Biz Kids Academy

Biz Kids Academy is an innovative after-school program that teaches entrepreneurship, business, money management, leadership, and creativity to youth ages 8–16. We’re passionate about helping young minds build big futures — and we’re looking for equally passionate educators to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an energetic and experienced Teacher/Instructor who can inspire and educate students in a fun, engaging environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of classroom teaching experience in math, science, or language arts and are excited about blending academic skills with real-world learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, hands-on lessons aligned with Biz Kids Academy’s curriculum.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment for students ages 8–16.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance lesson content and student experience.
• Communicate progress and feedback with parents and program directors.
• Support student projects, activities, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in math, science, or language arts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for youth development, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
• Ability to work weekday afternoons and evenings (3–10 PM).
