We are seeking a Senior Director of Emerging Technologies & Corporate Training —a visionary leader and master trainer who will be responsible for upskilling our entire organization and developing specialist teams across seven critical frontiers:

You will architect and deliver our internal "University of Tomorrow," with a curriculum spanning:

1. Nanotechnology & Advanced Materials
2. Biotechnology & Sustainable Tech
3. Semiconductor Architecture & Design
4. Advanced Battery & Energy Storage Systems
5. Quantum Computing Fundamentals & Applications
6. Strategic Sourcing of Rare Earth Metals & Critical Materials

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for these seven advanced technology domains.
• Mentor and cultivate a new generation of in-house technology specialists and practice leads.
• Translate complex technological concepts into actionable knowledge for our consultants and engineers.
• Work with leadership to build a strategic talent pipeline, ensuring RMG Group remains the industry's most knowledgeable systems integrator.
