Instructor - General Aviation

We are looking for a skilled Instructor to deliver both classroom and hands-on aircraft maintenance training, evaluate trainee performance, and support course development.

This role also includes maintaining training records and ensuring high-quality learning outcomes.

Responsibilities:

-Deliver technical and classroom instruction in aircraft maintenance

-Assess trainees and provide remedial support

-Assist in developing and updating training materials

-Maintain records and prepare course reports

-Support training quality and validation efforts

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field

-Civilian or military aircraft maintenance license (A&P, B1/B2, or equivalent)

-Train-the-Trainer or instructional techniques certification

Experience:

-8+ years in aircraft maintenance and 3+ years on aircraft type

-3+ years teaching technical maintenance topics

-Military pilot experience

-Good knowledge of SAT or ADDIE training methodologies
