INSTRUMENT COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR
Job Title: Instrument Commissioning Supervisor
Location: RLIC
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Work Schedule: 10 Hours / Day | 6 Days / Week
Benefits: Food, Accommodation & Transportation Provided

Responsibilities / Roles:
Prepare pre-commissioning & commissioning plans and procedures for LNG plant instruments, control systems, and telecommunication.
Develop inspection, test, and instrument calibration plans and execute them.
Conduct instrument loop checks, telecommunication tests, and control system checks.
Coordinate commissioning activities with all concerned parties.
Ensure SHES compliance with company rules, regulations, and project requirements.
Monitor, report, and manage progress of instrument & telecom commissioning activities.
Report directly to Instrument Commissioning Lead & Commissioning Manager.
Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for commissioning.
Supervise commissioning technicians and workers.
Coordinate vendor specialists for SAT and commissioning activities.
Perform all other necessary activities related to instrument, control system, and telecommunication commissioning.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science or Certified College Degree
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Oil & Gas (including Chemical), with experience in Instrument & Control System construction and commissioning.
Skills:
Good English communication & writing skills
Familiarity with local laws, design codes, and technical documentation
Proficient in MS Office
