Who We Are?
Tüpraş is Türkiye’s leading energy producer and largest industrial company. With its four refineries located in İzmit, İzmir, Kırıkkale and Batman totalling to 30 million tons of annual crude oil processing capacity, Tüpraş is the 7th largest refining company in Europe. What You’ll Do?

Project Management:
Conducting engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities for projects undertaken, monitoring and supervising contractor-sponsored work, and granting authorized approvals.

Communication:
Communicating the resulting estimates, planning, and progress payment data to relevant units on projects undertaken, and ensuring the flow of as-built projects and documents to the Technical Office upon completion of work.

Procurement:
Requesting materials during the procurement process, conducting/having the technical evaluation of requested materials, checking delivered materials, and creating material releases.

Contractor and Supplier Management:
Managing contractors and suppliers from a technical perspective in projects under their responsibility.

Field Inspections:
Conducting/ordering field inspections related to monthly progress payments in projects under their responsibility, and monitoring contractor progress payments.

Technical Specifications:
Creating job-specific technical specifications and requirements in accordance with TÜPRAŞ standards to ensure proper project management and execution.

Budget Compliance:
Overseeing and monitoring compliance with investment and expense budgets in projects under their responsibility.

System Integrations:
Supporting system integrations by having knowledge of automation systems and digital maintenance tools.

Technical Knowledge:
Having knowledge about field instruments, P&ID and PFD, PLC, DCS, SCADA, and control systems.
What We Look For?

Graduates of Electrical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering departments from universities.
-
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in Refinery and Petrochemical, Production Facilities, projects, and applications.

Previous experience, preferably in collaboration with Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines.

Active driving skills.

Very proficient in MS Excel.

Very proficient in English.

Analytical thinking and open to learning and development.

Goal-oriented and highly motivated.

Open to continuous learning, development, new experiences, and change.

Teamwork-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferably PMP certified and able to apply their knowledge throughout Project Management.

Knowledge of relevant national and international standards. (API, EN, etc.)

Continuously monitors technological/sectoral innovations related to their field and changes in legislation and standards related to the work they are responsible for,

Able to reside or be mobile in Aliağa/İzmir.
