We are seeking a Sales-focused Instrumentation & Control Engineer to drive business growth by combining strong technical expertise with customer-facing sales activities. The role involves identifying new opportunities, supporting existing clients, and promoting our portfolio of leading global brands in sensors, condition monitoring, and industrial control solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales within the UAE market for instrumentation and control solutions.
- Identify and engage potential customers across industries (oil & gas, power, manufacturing, utilities, etc.).
- Provide technical support and application knowledge to customers, bridging engineering requirements with sales opportunities.
- Conduct client visits, product presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with OEM partners and internal teams to deliver tailored proposals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up on sales leads to closure.
- Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to support sales strategy.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Control, or related Engineering field.
- 2–5 years’ experience in technical sales or business development within instrumentation, sensors, or automation.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical features into customer value propositions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
