To strengthen our engineering leadership, we are seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Control Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of instrumentation and control systems across mission-critical projects.

Role Overview

The Instrumentation & Control Manager will be responsible for managing instrumentation and automation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving operational excellence. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to align control systems with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• System design: Lead the design and integration of instrumentation and control systems.
• Automation strategy: Implement advanced automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to international codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Risk management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Team leadership: Mentor engineers and technicians to build technical excellence.
• Collaboration: Partner with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
• Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into control systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instrumentation & Control Manager in industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise in PLC/DCS systems, SCADA, and advanced control technologies.
• Knowledge of instrumentation standards and HSE compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering preferred.
• Professional certifications in instrumentation, automation, or project management are highly desirable.
