Insulation / Cladding Supervisor

• Review technical documents including drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals.
• Plan daily/weekly work activities, manpower distribution, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, safety, scaffolding, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely availability of insulation materials, cladding sheets, consumables, and tools.
• Lead and monitor insulation teams (insulators, cladders, helpers) during execution of:
• Hot insulation
• Cold insulation
• Acoustic insulation
• Pipe & equipment cladding (aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized, etc.)
• Ensure installation is in accordance with approved procedures, ITPs, and project standards.
• Verify correct application of insulation materials, thicknesses, vapor barriers, fastening methods, and jacketing systems.
• Resolve site-level technical and installation issues promptly.
• Conduct inspections during and after installation to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with QC inspectors for hold and witness points as required in the ITP.
• Maintain documentation such as checklists, inspection reports, and as-built records.
• Manage rework and assist in closure of NCRs.
• Verify and inspect incoming insulation materials for compliance with approved submittals.
• Monitor daily material usage to minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools such as cutting machines, shears, rollers, and bending equipment.
• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material consumption reports.
• Coordinate look-ahead schedules and requirements for upcoming work fronts.
• Support preparation of final project closeout documents and as-built drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
