Job Description

An Insulation Installer's job is to install energy-saving measures such as cellulose insulation and spray foam insulation in residential dwellings to make homes more comfortable and energy-efficient.

Job Responsibilities

This position includes the following but is not limited to:

• Perform work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces installing Home Performance weatherization items, ie Air Sealing, Insulation (cellulose, fiberglass, rigid board, etc.)
• Dense-packing walls, ceilings, caulking, installing weatherizing door kits, and sweeps.
• Perform Spray foam applications (Two-part and single-part foam)
• Installing insulated vents and ducts.
• Preparation and clean-up of project sites.
• Travel to and from job sites using company vehicles.
• We will provide tools and safety equipment for employees to work safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid NY driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and occasionally 75+ lbs.
• Able to work safely and effectively in tight spaces and extreme temperatures.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Permanent Resident or U.S. Citizen.
