Insulation Installer – Residential & Commercial

insulation company looking for reliable, hardworking installers for residential and commercial projects. We install fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, spray foam, and radiant barrier. Looking for people who take pride in their work and want steady employment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install various types of insulation materials in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, and crawl spaces according to project specifications and blueprints
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to secure insulation in place
• Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
• Prepare work sites by cleaning, framing, or performing minor carpentry tasks as needed for insulation placement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high safety standards
• Assist with related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, or stucco application when required for project completion
• Conduct quality checks on installed insulation to meet building codes and client expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of framing, roofing, drywall, or masonry is highly desirable
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to construction projects
• Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., tape measures, utility knives) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) safely and effectively
• Mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems or metal stud framing is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Basic understanding of construction estimating processes and fabrication techniques
• Knowledge of relevant safety procedures and OSHA regulations for construction environments
