Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation materials, including fiberglass, spray foam, and mineral wool, ensuring proper application and coverage.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute insulation layouts.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to cut, shape, and install insulation components.
• Assist with construction site tasks such as framing, drywall preparation, caulking, and trim carpentry as needed.
• Conduct site inspections to verify insulation quality, adherence to specifications, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members on fabrication and installation of custom insulation solutions based on project requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

• Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematics is a plus.
• Knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, HVAC systems, metal stud framing, and concrete finishing is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction projects is desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge related to building systems or fabrication processes will support success in this role.

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour
