Full-Time Account Manager (Office-Based – Denver/Englewood, CO) A well-established, independent insurance agency is seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our growing team in our new Englewood, Colorado office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Manage client accounts with accuracy, professionalism, and care
  • Identify opportunities for growth, retention, and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support agency goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an insurance agency
  • Required insurance licenses
  • Proven experience in account management or sales
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Proficiency with AMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with EZLynx preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $50,000–$65,000
  • Benchmark incentives up to $10,000
