ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance Account Representative for Paul Little State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a State Farm agencyrequired
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life/Health insurance licensesrequired. Applications without active licenses will not be considered.
  • Able to work Colorado business hours (Mountain Standard Time)
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home workspace

Compensation: $55,000-$90,000 per year

Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure. Additional compensation details can be discussed during the interview process.
