Case Negotiator

Our growing firm is looking for a highly motivated and persuasive negotiator to join our legal team. This will be a remote position. We offer a supportive, fast-paced environment and great benefits. Under the direction of an attorney, the negotiator will work with external parties to negotiate case values and get our clients the fair settlement they deserve. The successful candidate will have a persistent, can-do attitude and can work through conflict and come out on top.

Required Skills

Must have previous insurance adjusting experience or law firm negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the attorney:

• Work diligently daily to reach multiple settlement agreements.
• Use conflict-resolution and communications skills to create favorable situations for clients.
• Help clients understand the best options for them and for case resolution.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
