About Us:

Auburn Home Solutions is a growing water mitigation and restoration company looking for an experienced adjuster who understands how to properly handle water damage claims and wants to grow long-term with the business. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the insurance side, help streamline operations, and become a key part of our company’s future.

What You’ll Do:

- Handle water damage claims from start to finish

- Write accurate estimates in Xactimate

- Submit supplements and negotiate with carriers

- Review photos, scopes, moisture logs, and documentation

- Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and office staff

- Help improve claim turnaround time and profitability

- Assist with invoicing, collections, and office processes

- Build systems and grow with the company

- Proven experience handling water mitigation / restoration claims

- Strong knowledge of Xactimate

- Knows how to maximize claims ethically and accurately

- Strong communication and follow-up skills
