Insurance Administative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Timely review and preparation of invoices and reports.
  • Meeting coordination with customers and team members.
  • Onsite administrative support for drivers and the executive team
  • Plan and set up internal meetings that require presentations.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails and presentations.
  • Responsible forordering of business cards, stationery and supplies.
  • Acts as liaison for hard copy and electronic filing of documents.
  • Partners with other administrative assistants on projects deemed necessary by the line of business.
  • Records Retention Coordinator.
  • Other duties and project as assigned

Basic Qualifications: 2+ years administrative support experience.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Administrative experience supporting several team members.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate must be highly focused and results oriented.
  • Demonstrates ability to be self-directed and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to use resources to obtain results (including internal systems and contacts).
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required experience:

  • Admiistative Assistant: 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
