We are seeking a dedicated and skilled P & C Licensed person to join our Team. Well established Insurance Agency with over 40 years in Business serving the North Bay. Exceptional customer service, attention to detail and great at Multi Tasking skills needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• General Personal Lines Service & Sales.
• Day to Day contact with our clients. Answering Phone Calls & Handling walk in's.
• A to Z with General Personal Lines Service.

Experience

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are always a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
• A background in customer service will be beneficial for understanding client expectations and delivering satisfactory solutions. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.24 - $32.00 per hour
