Job Overview
This is a position for a captive multi-line insurance agent selling both life insurance and property and casualty insurance selling insurance in the state of Idaho. As a District Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving success across multiple locations. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve their best while ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth. You’ll oversee business development initiatives, manage profit and loss statements, and implement process improvements that elevate performance. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor store managers to foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and operational goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that align with company objectives, driving growth and profitability across your district.
  • Analyze financial reports to manage profit and loss effectively, ensuring each location meets its financial targets.
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and collaborate with teams to implement innovative solutions that drive sales.
  • Oversee project management initiatives, ensuring timely execution of programs that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Champion process improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices across all locations.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members, encouraging open communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management roles with a strong focus on leadership and team development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution within a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
  • Experience supervising teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
  • Background in business development with a track record of successfully identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proficient in project management principles with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies that enhance operational effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
