About This Position

As an Insurance Agent, you'll spend your days on the phone helping clients navigate Medicare options, from Medicare Advantage to Supplement plans and prescription coverage. We provide the leads, you provide the expertise. You'll get comprehensive paid training that gets you selling fast, and we cover all your licensing costs. This is full-cycle sales, meaning you'll guide clients from their first call all the way through enrollment. With a solid base salary, aggressive commissions, and performance bonuses, top performers here build serious income while actually making a difference in people's lives.

Qualifications / Expectations

• Sales or phone experience required (if you've worked in a call center or done telesales, even better)
• Strong communication skills and comfortable on the phone
• Coachable and ready to take feedback and run with it
• Computer savvy and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Punctual and dependable
