We’re looking for a driven Insurance Agent Assistant who wants more than just a paycheck—someone who’s willing to start at an entry level and grow into higher income through performance, initiative, and opportunity.

This is a 1099 remote position (Wisconsin only) with a clear path to transition from part-time to full-time within 60 days. You’ll work from home about 90% of the time, with occasional in-office tasks during the week.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily operations by handling calls, emails, and client service
• Manage administrative tasks, CRM updates, and data entry
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
• Help service insurance policies (updates, renewals, certificates)
• Coordinate mail, office tasks, and vendor services
• Keep operations organized, efficient, and on track
