About the Role
We’re looking for motivated Insurance Agents who want to grow a business, not just a job. Training is provided, and no experience is required. You’ll have access to mentorship, marketing support, and the freedom to work remotely on your own schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients with life, health, and supplemental insurance options
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals
• Educate families about financial protection and debt reduction
• Build relationships with clients to create long-term value

Requirements:

• No experience required (training provided)
• Active Life/Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check

Compensation:

• 1099 independent contractor
• Commission-based pay (earn as you sell)
• Bonuses and overrides available
• Flexible hours and a remote opportunity
