ABOUT THE JOB

The primary responsibility of an Insurance Producer is to build a book of business through:

• Prospecting and establishing referral relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
• Utilizing strong networking skills to develop meaningful relationships.
• Assessing needs across Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Arkansas with the opportunity to write business across state lines and outside of your hometown.
• Working with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with “A” rated insurance providers, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
• Providing an unmatched client and partner experience through exemplary customer service and a sense of urgency.

Once Producers have established themselves, sales leadership positions are possible future roles.
