Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a
commercial

role, with proven leadership in a retail or service-oriented business,

Experience in Value Added Services and/or electronic device insurance services
within a retail, consumer electronics, or service-oriented business is highly preferred,

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies,

Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, team leadership, and project execution,

Minimum 3 years of team management experience is a must,

Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both written and verbal,

Strong customer and results orientation, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
Job Description:
-
Leading end-to-end management and strategic development of all Insurance & Branded Services categories, focusing on profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth,
-
Managing and guiding cross-functional teams including Business Development professionals and Regional Sales Support teams to drive in-store sales effectiveness, training, and performance,
-
Defining and implementing Go-to-Market strategies, including customer segmentation, sales channels, marketing communication, campaign creation, and in-store enablement tools (trainings, incentives, gamification),
-
Overseeing the creation, launch, and improvement of innovative and revenue-generating service projects such as smartphone rentals, screen protection, app subscriptions, lifetime maintenance offers, etc.
-
Managing value-added technical services such as in-store setup, at-home installation, and maintenance for electronic products, alongside insurance and other branded service offerings within the scope.

Leading Insurance Agency operations including supplier management, contract negotiation, product development, and regulatory compliance,
-
Conducting detailed market and competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark service performance, and tailor offerings based on customer insights,
-
Owning category financials including budgeting, P&L tracking, margin optimization, and business case development for new projects,
-
Ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction by continuously improving service processes, tracking KPIs like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Turnaround Time (TAT),

Managing and evaluating supplier relationships and contract lifecycle, including performance tracking, contract preparation, and legal compliance,
-
Delivering performance reports, insights, and ad-hoc analyses to senior leadership for informed decision-making,
-
Fostering a culture of innovation, feedback, and open communication within the team while supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
