Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to recommend suitable life, wealth, and retirement insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear communication and personalized service, ensuring their understanding of policy benefits and coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and policies effectively to secure favorable agreements that meet both client needs and company objectives.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy renewals or inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing questions related to benefits administration, claims processing, and policy updates while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain your life license (Licensing Support Provided)
- No previous insurance experience required (Training is provided)
- Experience in teaching, coaching, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving client inquiries promptly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
