Insurance Call Specialist / Telemarketer

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Jackie Sanchez Insurance is a growing insurance office dedicated to providing excellent customer service and helping clients find the right insurance solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Call Specialist / Telemarketer to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Description:
As an Insurance Office Call Specialist / Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients. Your goal will be to engage prospects, gather information, and generate interest in our insurance products and services. No insurance license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a high daily volume of outbound calls to prospects and existing clients
• Introduce and explain insurance products and services in a clear and professional manner
• Answer basic questions and direct complex inquiries to licensed agents
• Update client records and document call outcomes accurately in the CRM system
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all client interactions
• Meet or exceed daily call and appointment-setting goals

Qualifications:

• Previous telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and professionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• No insurance license required
• Spanish bilingual preffered
