We are seeking a highly organized, technology-driven Claims Intake & Sales Manager to oversee our entire lead intake operation. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys managing people, improving systems, leveraging technology, and ensuring that every opportunity is handled efficiently.
Position Overview
The Claims Intake & Sales Manager is responsible for the intake, distribution, tracking, and performance of all incoming leads. This person will oversee the systems, people, and processes that ensure every lead is routed, followed up on, and managed properly.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, comfortable with technology and automation, and thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment where priorities change quickly and execution matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Operations
- Own the entire inbound lead process from initial contact through assignment.
- Manage the distribution of incoming phone calls and web form leads.
- Oversee lead routing systems, automations, and AI-driven workflows.
- Ensure leads are assigned quickly and accurately.
- Monitor lead response times and intake quality.
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes.
Team Leadership
- Manage and support a Sales Team Lead based in the Philippines.
- Work closely with an AI Engineer responsible for automation and AI systems.
- Establish accountability, performance expectations, and reporting standards.
- Conduct regular meetings and coaching sessions.
- Help build and scale the intake department as the company grows.
Systems & Technology
- Oversee CRM performance and data accuracy.
- Work with leadership to improve workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Leverage AI and technology to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve lead management processes.
Reporting & Performance
- Track and report key metrics, including:
- Lead volume
- Lead assignment speed
- Response times
- Conversion rates
- Revenue performance
- Team productivity
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
- Use data to drive operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
