Pro Bid LLC is a fast-growing construction and restoration company specializing in roofing, storm damage, water mitigation, fire restoration, and full-service reconstruction. We work directly with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance companies to help get projects approved, funded, and completed correctly.

We are looking for an ndividual who understands the insurance restoration process and can help our team stay aggressive, organized, and efficient throughout the claims process.

Position Overview
This role is for someone who can handle insurance claim supplements, communicate with adjusters, assist with estimating, send bids, order materials, and help keep projects moving internally. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication, urgency, and the ability to problem solve under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Xactimate is REQUIRED (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS QUALIFICATION)
• Prior experience in insurance restoration, roofing, mitigation, or construction estimating preferred
• Ability to negotiate and communicate professionally with insurance carriers
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Strong computer and technology skills with ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Write and supplement estimates using Xactimate
• Review insurance scopes and identify missing items
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding supplements and approvals
• Send proposals, estimates, and supporting documentation
• Assist with material ordering and coordination with production staff
• Work closely with project managers and sales staff to keep jobs moving
• Track claim progress and follow up consistently
• Upload photos, documentation, and claim information into company systems
• Help ensure jobs are properly scoped and built according to insurance approvals and code requirements

Preferred Experience

• Roofing and restoration industry knowledge
• Understanding of supplements and insurance claims
• Experience with CompanyCam, Leap/CRM systems, or similar software
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices
