Bajaj Group of Industries is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Insurance Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance products, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through ethical and consultative selling practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and exclusions clearly
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Assist clients with documentation and policy processing
- Provide after-sales support and handle client queries
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or financial services (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial planning
