INSURANCE COORDINATOR - ARABIC SPEAKING FEMALE (OWN VISA ONLY)

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and energetic individual for a combined operational and client-facing role in our automotive garage, maintaining strong relationships with insurance companies and brokers. Freshers with excellent communication and personality are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with insurance companies for estimates, approvals, and claim follow-ups
• Build and maintain professional relationships with insurance brokers, claim managers, and insurance staff
• Generate business through PR, networking, and regular visits to insurance offices
• Follow up on approvals, job progress, and customer satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cars and automotive repairs
• Knowledge of motor insurance claims is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
• Professional personality and presentable appearance
• Willingness to travel for meetings and business development
• Willing to relocate if the company relocates
• UAE driving license is a plus
• Freshers may apply (training will be provided)
• Special incentives for onboarding new insurance companies/brokers.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
