Job Title: Insurance Coder

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 2,000 - AED 2,500 per month

Requirements:

- Proven experience in medical coding (insurance claims)

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, etc.)

- Experience in UAE insurance claims processing

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

- Review and code medical claims accurately

- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and guidelines

- Manage and maintain accurate records of patient claims

- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve claims issues

- Perform data entry and maintain electronic health records

Ideal Candidate:

- Certified insurance coder (CPC, CIC, or equivalent) preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
