About the Position:
A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced New York-admitted attorney with a focus on insurance coverage analysis and related litigation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with pleadings, depositions, discovery, and motion practice. Experience with no-fault arbitration and litigation is a plus, though attorneys with general litigation experience and an interest in developing expertise in insurance coverage law are encouraged to apply.

This position offers flexibility, including the option to work remotely with access to office space as needed. Occasional in-person court appearances or depositions may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance coverage matters and related litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and manage all aspects of discovery.
• Engage in motion practice and contribute to case strategy and client counseling.
• Represent clients in no-fault arbitration and litigation (preferred but not required).
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues while maintaining independence in case management.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (required).
• Prior litigation experience; familiarity with insurance coverage matters preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
