This dynamic team handles complex first-party property matters at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.

Butler offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work.

• Experience in insurance coverage disputes preferred, including but not limited to, policy analysis, coverage opinions, drafting of pleadings and motions, depositions, mediations
• Other comparable civil litigation experience will be considered
