Seeking a motivated, hard working individual for a customer service position at an established agency. Strong communication and technology skills necessary. Property & Casualty license preferred or will be required to obtain for the position. Exceptional benefit package offered.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Personal Lines Service Agent is responsible for managing and servicing an assigned book of personal lines clients, by analyzing and discussing customers’ individual needs, evaluating options through quoting or requoting an existing client, processing policy endorsements and offering tailored insurance solutions. The Personal Lines Service Agent is responsible to build and sustain relationships with existing customers and to promote the agency. This line of business is personal lines in property and casualty insurance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: At minimum, an associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience: Insurance experience or customer service experience.

Specialized Skills, Knowledge or Licensure: Possess or pass the requirement to be a licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer.

Continuing Education/Training: as required by applicable statutes and regulations.
