Insurance Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team. You’ll work closely with agents and staff to support quoting, processing, and servicing commercial and personal accounts. This is a customer service-focused role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Enter client information into AMS360 accurately and efficiently
  • Perform quoting and processing of policies
  • Assist Agents with marketing and re-marketing efforts
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, fax, mail, and in person
  • Process policy changes, binders, and replacement cost estimators
  • Organize and track quoting processes and follow-ups
  • Support administrative tasks and team operations as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance
  • Proficiency in AMS360 or similar insurance management systems is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service mindset and professional demeanor

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
