Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada.
  • 2-20, 4-40 license preferred or willing to obtain once hired
  • Insurance experience is a plus
  • Customer Service experience a plus - In financial or insurance services
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Success Representative Role:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using internal tools and deductive reasoning
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Process all transfers and audit requests

As a Customer Success Representative for Neptune Flood, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding client services and support to insurance agents and homeowners. Your core skills in communication, customer service, and phone etiquette will enable you to effectively assist clients with their inquiries and concerns. A Bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
