Insurance Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, Growth Opportunity)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support our team and grow with the agency over time.

Position Overview

This role will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position within 6–12 months, depending on performance and business needs.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with clients and wants stability and growth in a small office environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist clients with questions
• Process simple policy changes (ID cards, updates, billing questions)
• Support upcoming renewals (follow-ups, collecting information)
• Maintain accurate client records in our system
• Upload documents and keep files organized
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with computers and learning systems
• Professional and client-focused attitude
• Prior insurance or office experience is a plus
• Colorado P&C License is required

Preferred (Not Required)

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Compensation

• $20–$25/hour depending on experience
• Bonus opportunities based on performance
