Insurance Defense Associate Attorney, Hybrid Schedule

Touchstone Bernays is seeking a talented four to seven year attorney experienced in construction defect law to join the firm. Insurance defense or personal injury defense experience is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking substantive work in an exciting environment.

Principal duties include:

• Interacting with clients
• Preparing reports
• Handling discovery
• Attending hearings
• Taking depositions
• Legal research and writing
• Assisting with trying lawsuits

Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
