Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Defense Litigation Attorney to join our Firm. This role requires excellent research and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal matters effectively. The Litigation Attorney will represent clients in court proceedings, provide legal counsel, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Experience/ Requirements:

• Must have 2-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience in any of the following areas: General liability, trucking and/or construction defect.
• Hearings, depositions mediations
• Trial experience a plus
• Negotiations
• Must be a self-starter
• Must have a Florida Bar License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,500.00 - $160,500.00 per year
