Insurance Defense Attorney

Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (Defense)
Location: Coral Springs, FL

About the Role:
We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of insurance defense experience to join our Coral Springs office. Construction defect experience is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate will be ready to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. Key Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of insurance defense experience
• Construction defect experience a plus but not required
• Comfortable working fully in-office
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
• Licensed and in good standing in Florida

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $95k–$140k
• Annual raises: $5k–$10k
• Christmas bonus: $3k–$5k

• 401k with 4% match after 1 year
• PTO: 1 week after 6 months, 4 weeks after 1 year
• Mileage and cell phone reimbursement ($100/month and $50/month)
• No billable hour requirements
