We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our San Antonio office. The ideal candidate will have extensive litigation experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters and be proficient in handling civil cases through trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft motions, conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
• Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, and other insurance defense matters (Required)
